SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

We ship through registered courier/shipping companies for orders within India as well as for international orders. International orders are usually delivered within 14 business days and domestic orders within 3-4 business days. You will see the delivery date for your order at the time of order confirmation. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Duties & Taxes For International Orders

Duties and Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.

Shipping Of Products

All orders are processed from our own office in New Delhi ,India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. Orders may not be changed or cancelled once they enter the shipping process.

Tracking Package

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can also track your order status on our web boutique from the “Order Status” link under “Customer Assistance” in the website footer.

Non-Availability On Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two times before they return it to us. Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

Modes Of Payment

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit and credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa and American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide the option to pay using PayPal. PayPal is our third party payment gateway. There will be 3 failed delivery attempts made by our shipping agency after which the goods will be returned to us. If the goods remain undelivered after 3 attempts no refund is possible. No refund will be given if the customer provided a wrong or incomplete address, due to which the package remains undelivered and/or if the package is refused by the recipients. In case of International Orders if a customer declines to pay any customs duty as may be applicable in the country where shipment is to be delivered and does not accept his/her order from the Shipping agency (eg. DHL, Fedex etc.) PRACCESSORII will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders or for the customs duty levied.

REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY


Jewellery:

Orders once placed will not be refunded, returned or cancelled under any circumstances. Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or refunds.Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.Gifts purchased online are not eligible for exchange/refund/return.

Bags, Stoles/ Scarves/Shawls:

We at Praccessorii take utmost care and do stringent quality checks to ensure that the items are delivered to you in perfect condition. Our objective is to provide a hassle-free shopping experience to our customers. Therefore, we provide you with honest images and exact specifications for you to make an informed decision. We accept returns (refund or exchange) for orders placed on our website within 14 days. Please notify us within 7 days about returning an item back to us. To maintain a fair price scheme, all products sold in ‘sale’ are not liable for exchange or refund. Any used/washed/dry cleaned product will not be returnedFor all other items, please send us a message by email at praccessorii8@gmail.com with a copy of receipt, pictures of the product and reasons for return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

INCOMPLETE/WRONG/DAMAGED ORDER

If due to any reason, you receive wrong/incomplete order or damaged product, you are requested to trigger us an email at praccessorii8@gmail.com with copy of invoice/receipt and clear pictures of the product within 48 hours of receiving the product.

OUR PROMISE

On receipt of your email with required documents and pictures, our team of experts will review your request and convey our findings to you within 7 working days. If your request is accepted, you will be asked to ship back the product(s) with original packing(s) to our office in New Delhi, India. Please take utmost care in repackaging and shipping the products to avoid any incidental damage during the return of items.The exchange/refund for your returned product will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the package.

SHIPPING COST WHILE RETURNING MY PRODUCT

Shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We do not cover any returns cost.

If it's for you or for someone you love, each package will receive a gift box, care instructions and a pouch for safekeeping.
